Tungsten carbide ejecting needles are mainly applied to LED chip sorting machine and semiconductor IC die bonding for assembly process.
Applications
1.The inherent characteristics of tungsten carbide include extremely high hardness, mechanical strength and low degree of wearing that make it suitable to be processed to ejecting needles.
2.The tungsten carbide ejecting needles are widely used in LED chip sorting and semiconductor IC die bonding processes.
3.Depends on variant die dimension and aspect ratio and special concern of without damaging to the dies, the requested spec of tip radius and structure design is changed accordingly.
