Multi Peak Tungsten Heater

Multi peak tungsten heater is a tungsten heating element formed by precision bending high-purity tungsten wire into multiple peak structures, such as triple peak, quadruple peak, or continuous wave-like configurations. It consists of terminal leads and multiple continuous or parallel heating peaks. Compared with single peak and double peak designs, it provides a larger effective heating area and higher material loading capacity, making it suitable for high-load vacuum evaporation coating applications.

(1) Linear thermal field distribution: By increasing the number of peaks, point-source evaporation is transformed into a distributed multi-point linear heat source, improving large-area coating uniformity.
(2) High material loading capacity: The multi peak structure provides multiple material holding positions, allowing higher loading of evaporation materials such as aluminum wire and gold wire, extending operating time per cycle.
(3) High-temperature resistance: Tungsten has a melting point of approximately 3420°C and maintains structural stability under high-vacuum and high thermal load conditions without deformation or failure.
(4) Long service life with anti-sag performance: Doped tungsten wire improves high-temperature creep resistance, ensuring stable peak structure under continuous operation.
(5) High surface purity: Electrolytic polishing or chemical cleaning reduces surface impurities and outgassing, improving vacuum coating cleanliness.
